Hose Mate offers on-site hose manufacturing and assembly workshops built to your specific requirements and stocked with the parts you need to ensure our customers are able to attend to hose assembly and repairs on-site with minimal downtime.

Offered as consignment leases or outright purchase, our custom built 20ft to 40ft mobile hose workshops are equipped as standard with;

• Uniflex S6 hose press
• Uniflex EM 3.2 Ecoline Hose Saws
• Air Conditioning and lighting
• 3-meter hose assembly bench
• Hose storage racks
• Hose reel stands
• Louvered panels for bin storage of fittings and adaptors

All on-site hose manufacturing workshop customers are given training on how to use the equipment and our workshop manager makes regular visits to clean and stock the workshop with the hoses and fittings you regularly use and need at hand.
